POTC Dog Name?

I only ever remember them calling him "the dog with the keys".

When I did the Keys to the Kingdom tour I was told the dog in CoP and PotC were the same, don't remember anything being said about the HM dog. I was also told on that tour that the dog's name was, and not sure how this would be spelled, but Deeogi, pronounced D O G, emphasis on the o.

Maybe I made that up too
