Potato leek soup from Food and wine festival

I'll post this on the restaurant area too, but so many more read this..or at least it appears more active.

Anyone have the potato and leek soup recipe from Ireland that was sold at the food and wine festival? I have the leeks, and I have the potatoes, and I'm ready to cook! Thanks

That sounds delicious and they don't have it on the Allears recipe section, either. Hopefully somebody has it!
