potato chip/straw thingies?

Had lunch at a little local owned place a few weeks ago. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich which came with fresh sliced fruit, potato chips and these little crispy stick things (like a french fry) they were light green and orange, crispy like a chip and very tasty they appeared to be a processed food (premade and out of a bag).

I have looked at the store to find them and have had no luck.

Anyone know what they are and where I might find them?

That's a possibility. Do you know if they come in a box or a bag? I've been looking on the chip aisle for something in a bag. Maybe I've been in the wrong section.

They are Garden Veggie Straws. Sam's Club sells a giant bag of them for about $4.00. And if you are doing Weight Watchers, as I am, you can eat 38 of them for 3 points!

Veggie Straws and there are also chips! yummy! At our Walmart they are on the top shelf with the quaker oats chips and rice cakes.

If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they have Veggie Sticks (look the same, but not hollow) that I like slightly better, they don't taste as processed like the ones in the photo a few posts above. Either way, I could eat those things all day.

I just had some of those for a snack today! yum!!! I love the veggie straws too. They have both at BJ's. Just saw them when I was there today!
