Posting pictures from iPhone

How can I do this or find instructions for posting pictures from my iPhone? Thank you!

Every time I try to do this, the little loading symbol just sits there "loading" for ages and does nothing.

Every time I try to do this, the little loading symbol just sits there "loading" for ages and does nothing.

How big are your pictures? I know to post a picture it needs to be smaller than 1MB. When I tried posting ones that were larger than that it would sit on the "loading" thing for a long time and finally say it couldn't do it.

That's posting directly, I don't know how it works using an iphone.
