posting links in my signature

I have a question, how do I post a link in my signature that does not show the URL address but that I can change to different text? I am trying to figure it out on my own but not having any luck. Thanks.

I got that working. Now my question is how do I change the color?

You just highlight the text that you want to change the colour of. Then click on the big A in the toolbar. This will open up a little window with many colours to choose from.
