It often takes some time for the system to recognize you've achieved the proper number of posts. Generally about an hour or so. Sometimes more. Once it does, you'll get the "start conversation" option.

Also, I'd suggest you check your profile settings to ensure that you've got the the privacy settings correct for receiving conversations.

That's part of the spambot protections. If someone posts too often or too quick, it may kick in.
