One useful thing that I do is to buy some of those blank stick-on labels and, before I leave, fill them out with the addresses of people to whom I will be sending postcards from WDW. That way, I don't have to remember addresses or bring an address book. You could store the info. in a PDA, but you'd still have to take time to write the addresses down.

When you've chosen the postcards, just peel and stick the address labels on. (By the way, the Disney gift shops sell postcard stamps and you can mail them right there.)

I just printed my address labels out yesterday! I also already bought some postcard stamps, so I'm ready to go!!

Didn't know you could mail from the gift shops, though. Is there a mailbox or do you give it to the check-out person or what?

Or you could design your own postcards and print them out while you're at home... add the person's address before you leave... when you're on vacation simply write your message and post the card.

There's plenty of Disney clip art available on the internet - or you could use some photos from a previous trip...

Just picked up really cute Disney postage stamps today, they had 3 different designs only problem is they are 39c' but are just so cute!

I know that Zazzle will let you make custom postage. They even have stamps with Disney characters. I don't know if you can get the amount of postage for a postcard instead of spending 39 cents, but you might want to check it out.

If you mail your postcard from DTD in the one store,
they have a special postmark, it has tink on it!
It cost the same as the post card rate!!!

Very fun and neat and I didn't have
to put on stamps!

Anyone know? Trying to decide how many to let my daughter send? She's come up with quite an interesting and extensive list...I think everyone she's ever known....

I buy the disney stamps even though they are 39C too since they look neat on the postcards and I do the Fairy Godmailer list.
I do the labels and such as well. Take the email list to Epcot Innovations too. You can email your whole family pic to friends.
Also, we use the rest of the labels to make them say....
SENDER OF PIXIE DUST! to any CM who makes our day special. It is neat to see their faces when you give them one. We also have Tinkerbell on it.
I believe postcards are around 99c and up.
