Postcards for the library?

Hello!

Would any of you be willing to send me a postcard? I am a Youth Librarian in Zeeland, Michigan, USA. Our Summer Reading Club theme is "One World, Many Stories". I thought it would be fun for the kids to track postcards we receive on a world map.

I'm hoping that some of you might be willing to. If you are, would you send me a postcard to "Friends at the Howard Miller Library". I've heard that we will actually get it quicker if it's not sent as a postcard, but in an envelope.

Hunnybee - Happy to oblige.

It'll probably tomorrow or the day after before I get round to it and based on some of the snail mail I've been doing, it may be at least 3 weeks before it gets there.

I'll come back and post a confirmation once I've sent the postcard (in an envelope).

Super -- thanks so much! Our reading club starts in 3 weeks and goes until the end of July. So, that will be just fine as far as timing!

I figure if I get any ahead of time, I will just hang on to them until our first storytime on June 9.
