Postcard?

do you send postcards from your trips to Disney World or not. If not, why? thanks

We have had our girls send some Disney postcards from the MK mailbox or the resort to grandma and grandpa on recent trips. They actually enjoy it- they really just write a few quick sentences but I think they really get a kick out of sending mail on vacation. Our last trip was so fast we'd be back at grandma's to pick up our dog before she'd even get the postcard so not always.

I said no but we have done it once. My daughter sent each of her cousins a post card and sadly my siblings had to explain what postcards were. One of my nephews actually asked why didn't she just post a picture on Facebook? He was 7 at the time.

I send postcards to many of my friends from Disney. In recent trips, I have been sending park maps. I usually grab a stack of them and mail them off with a short letter. I may send postcards on a future trip though.

We used to send postcards when DS was little then we started making calls while at Disney and now of course we post on Facebook!
