Postal Inspectors address needed/Sweepstakes warning!

I am not sure how many others have received a letter like the one I received a few days ago. It is obviously a scam letter. It appears to have been sent from a foreign country and states I have won a hugh sum of money etc. Of course, according to this letter, I am not to tell anyone about my winning until AFTER I receive my award. And then it suggests I give my bank acct for easy money transfer!!!! THIS MAKES ME SO ANGRY!!!! So I really would like to send this to the inspectors; I just need their address.
