Okay - these are some pictures of the food we ate on our trip 6/30/07 - 7/8/07 ..... My sincere apologies if these are repeats - I didn't go back through all 400+ pages to check ..... :rotfl:

I'll try to keep them sorted by meal. We'll start with our 1st meal - Lunch at Fulton's Crab House (DTD)

Bread

DisneyJuly2007043.jpg

WOW - great pics! Can't wait for more.

Be careful what you wish for ....... :rotfl2: We were there for a whole week & the kids were quite mindful of saying "Mom, you didn't take a picture yet!"

What sweet lil Disney Angels I'm raising ..... :cloud9:

1900 Park Fare

It's buffet food & I'm not real fond of it, but it was pretty good overall. I think the one thing I somehow don't have a photo of is the cold strawberry soup - it was WONDERFUL! Everyone Loves it!

It just hit me that I didn't take any photos of our desserts here either! Sorry folks!!!

I think it's perfectly acceptable to post "repeat" food pics. A lot of people may not know about the food index thread and not want to look through all these pages of food porn. Also, everyone takes a slightly different pic so some may be "better" to others depending on what they are looking for!

Besides...I plan on posting a pic of the famous Le Cellier chocolate mousse soon. There haven't been enough of those posted! :lmao: Don't worry, I have other food too to post.

You're raising them right Mom!:thumbsup2

If you only knew ....... I swear they could give guided tours of WDW! It just makes a mother proud *sniff* :goodvibes

DM -- Thank you for the support in repeat food posting! I figured there are probably folks finding this thread each week that might not feel like starting from the beginning like we did when we found it! :rotfl:

Next up is Turf Club Bar & Grill
This is the new TS at SSR - DH was nervous about trying it due to previously mixed reviews, but we really enjoyed it! The food was great - the atmosphere was nice & the service was top notch! Our dinner ressie was an early 5:20 PM, so it was quiet when we arrived .... but it was filling up quickly by the time we left!

DH's appetizer - Buffalo Chicken Strips

My appetizer - Crab Cakes Bites with Dipping Sauce

DisneyJuly2007266.jpg

Entree - DH & I both had the Grilled Top Sirloin Steak & added the crab meat & grain mustard sauce (Why not on the DDP, right?)

DisneyJuly2007270.jpg

(those are Turf Club potatoes on the side ... yummy!)

Kids Entree - Beef & Macaroni

Ladies & gentlemen .... this concludes tonight's dinner at Turf Club Bar & Grill .... please join us on our next dining adventure at ..... Sunshine Seasons Food Fair!

Mouseaddicts-love your pics and the "commentary". Am looking forward to your next installment!

Did you do a food trippie?? You should have if you didn't! :)

Here's our breakfast at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion at Epcot .... for those of you unfamiliar, this is outside the entrance to Soarin'. Our usual routine consists of grabbing FPs for Soarin' and grabbing breakfast while we wait - we usually hop on the Living with the Land boat ride during this time, but didn't this trip.

Here goes ....

Adult breakfast platter with French Toast substituded for eggs (not extra charge)

DisneyJuly2007364.jpg

DS had dry Fruit Loops & a small Coke (tummy wasn't feeling well that AM)

DisneyJuly2007365.jpg

(I know it's not exciting, but he INSISTED I take the photo!)

DD's kids French Toast platter

DisneyJuly2007367.jpg

I didn't take a picture of mine .. but it was the adult b'fast platter with the eggs instead of French Toast .... use your imagination! :goodvibes

We've never actually written a report. We've enjoyed reading many & have kept daily notes on our activities for the past several trips with the BEST of intentions ...... We're once again optimistic about writing a full blown trip report this year ...... we'll see what happens!

I see. Well, I'll keep my eye out in the event you write one.

Hope your next trip is fabulous! :goodvibes

Those potatoes look so good.

And a really stupid question, what is SSR? I am racking my brain and cannot remember.

:rotfl:

Well ...... here's CS lunch @ Epcot's WS .... I don't seem to have an abundance of photos folks ....

DH & DD both had CS from Japan - I believe this is the Chicken & Rice Combo (can't remember the exact name) - on the DDP it comes with a medium drink & a choclate chip cookie (pre-packaged) for dessert.

DisneyJuly2007394.jpg

(if you look closely, you can see the cookies in the background ... and oh yeah, they give you bottled cokes to drink at Japan's CS too.)

DS & I decided we wanted some REAL food & headed over to the Tangerine Cafe at Morroco!

DS had the meatball platter

DisneyJuly2007396.jpg

I had the Shawarma Platter (combination - chicken & lamb) with extra humus instead of the tabbouleh & couscous (cuz I just don't really like either of 'em) ... and again, at no extra charge if you ask nice!

DisneyJuly2007395.jpg

I only have 1 photo of our dessert which is automatically baklava with the DDP .... this photo happens to have Flora Focker from the Focker Crocker watch thread that we participated in (another Dis thread).
