Post Your New Deals Here So We Can All See

POFQ
1 Adult, 1 jr (12 yrs)
7 day BASE ticket (I actually will only be using 5 days of it)

1 night (Jan 3rd not included in new special) $134.11 AAA rate
6 nights Jan 4-10 $1139.34 - $200 gc - 939.34
(so that would be the same price for 7 nights too, but we can't stay the 7th night, we are going on the cruise)

Total: 1073.45 for room/tickets for 7 nights.

My previous AAA res for 7 nights was $938.77 for room only, and tickets would have been $444 (5 day base) for a total of 1382.77.

Savings: 309.32

BUT it gets better for us, as I have 2 tickets I got for free from airmiles -3 day base tickets worth $424 that I can now sell and assuming I get $375 for them, I now have that to spend too.

So MY total savings is about $685 because I can now sell the tickets.

was $2781 standard view WL with park hoppers, now $2064 woods view WL with park hoppers for 2 adults + one 12 yo. Plus the $200 gift card!:cool1:

POFQ King Bed Room, 2 adults June 3-9, 1 day base ticket plus Quick Service Dining $1467.06. We are going to use our 1 day base ticket to re-new our AP's.

I booked:

May 2-9
7 nights 8 days
Coronado Springs Resort
Deluxe Dining Plan
8 day Park Hopper

for 2354!!!:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

2 rooms for 7 nights at Pop Century, Memorial Day week. 4 adults, 7 day park-hopper tickets and MYW Plus Dining...$3576 total, including insurance.

Saved me $428 more than same package would have been with just the standard 20% of value resort AAA room discount

(No $200 gift card, cuz we're going in May, but DH will get the $75 gift card for his birthday in the middle of our week:woohoo: )

February 21 -28,
Animal Kingdom Lodge Savannah View,
3 adults,
7 day park hoppers,
$200 gift card (will go towards some of our meals)
no dining
$3195.48 (I think)

Plus a $75 gift card for my birthday during the week

Now, do I keep my DVC ressie at BWV or switch to this one????:confused3 Pros and Cons to both.

Do any of you who have already booked know if it is possible to get the AAA discount with this package, as well, on the 4 paid nights?

I had an existing reservation from 1/9 - 1/15, so here's what I had:

Original reservation (solo trip):
6 nights at the Pop, 7 day park hopper $851.83

New reservation:
6 nights at All Star Music (Pop wasn't available for my dates), 7 day park hopper $658.32 PLUS $200 gift card! :cool1:

After...(looking at clock) a day of waiting and a few hours of attempts on the phone and being on hold...I finally got what I want:banana:

Prices based on the following:

Jan 26 - Feb 1
2A, 14 year old, 1 Child, 1 Infant
Contemporary MK View Room
Deluxe Dining

Orig. Rack Price with 7 day basic pass, deluxe dining $5262.00

NOW:
Same room, deluxe dining and 10 day MYW base pass $4200.00 - $200 GC = $4000.00 (and I have 600 Disney dollars from visa to apply!) So out of pocket....$3400.00!!!!

And if you all ask why I have the 10 day....when I was running the numbers...and made changes on the tickets.....there was only $30 difference from 7 day to 10 day. I figured if we had a significant amount left over I'd purchase the no Expiration at the end of the trip...if not....no big deal! We really only planned on going to the park 5 days originally....we could possible add another day...if not and I have 5 tickets for everyone left over...after paying the exp. fee charge....we could have our tickets paid for the next trip for only $20 a day.

So I can have a good night sleep tonight. All I need to do tomorrow is to find a good flight down...I already booked coming home...I had American Express points...and out of pocket our flight home only came to $40 pp (that includes bag fee)

So now I won't have to hear my DH saying to me anymore "what are you still doing on that computer?" after I told him all the amounts...he stood there in shock lol....

Have a great night all!

No, sorry, you cannot get the AAA discount...not allowed to "stack" discounts. The package includes 4 paid nights/3 free nights so no additional discounts during that 7 night reservation.

(I'm already booked with this promotion through my AAA agent:) )

Ahh, thanks.
Maybe I'll have my AAA agent run the numbers... I am *DYING* to go... Just now to decide whether or not to take my infant daughter with us or not.

Well we started with Business Club at the CSR for 10 days with dining and hoppers for 4 adults (my son is 15.) The price was $5179. Now I have 10 days at AKL with dining and hoppers - $4502. I realized a few moments ago that the CM didn't add back in my travel insurance :scared1: So I have to call tomorrow and add that back in. So to summarize:

4 adults
AKL standard view
dining
10 day park hoppers

$4502 + $200 for the insurance = $4702. Plus the gift card.

I checked the rack rates for AKL and saved $875 approximately. We saved $500 simply by upgrading to deluxe. I am pretty happy with that. :wizard:

POR
7 nights, park tickets w/ water parks and more
5 people (2 adults, 1 kid charged as adult, and 2 kids)
Dining plan

$3234.74

Saved $367 + the $200 gift card + added 1 additional night and additional day of dining

Can the $200 gift card be used for tips at table services if you are on the dining plan??

Jan 6-14
Pop Century standard room
2 Adults, 8 nights/7 day park hopper
$1038.64

$10 each for airline mile tickets + $15 each for baggage check
$159.90 for Cirque de Soleil

That's $1278.54 total not including food, and a lot of that can come out of the $200 gift certificate (though I suspect there will be a couple small souvineers and Sea Raycer rentals that eat into that too).

I ended up booking on my own:

2/17-2/23
6 day park hoppers
Dining Plan
2 adults, 2 kids (15 and 11)
CSR - standard view room

$2988.00 total + $200 gift card

AAA quote was $3341 - so $353 less than AAA quote + $200 gift card - This is right after President's Day Weekend during N.E. Feb break - peak season - so I guess that's not so bad!!!

I would rather not pay for the waterview room - so I'll periodically check to see if a standard opens for my dates...

I was told by a CM (after she asked her supervisor) that there is a slight discount on top of this deal if you book it through AAA :confused3

Has anyone gotten GF with the deal? We already had BC booked weeks ago but we love GF so that would be cool to get the deal there! I'm thinking not since I can't get it to give me a rate with any combo of days I try

I had Jan 23-29 booked. 6 nights/6 day MYW tix with hoppers. Rooms are courtyard view at WL...plus insurance. Total was $2902.43...Changed to the deal...same days, rooms, tixs and insurance. New price $2242.22..SAVINGS OF $660.21, pls $200.00 GC. Not to shabby. With only staying 6 nights we only got 2 for free, but no complaints here.:thumbsup2
