Relocated to AK Kidani 1BR-Savannah View same dates and price. Had to call MS to get this, was originally offered a relo to BWV standard view studio through reservations.

Relocated to POP standard view same dates and price. Was not offered anything else and was told I cannot request anything else or make any future changes or I will lose the relocation rate protection.

Original Reservation: POFQ, Garden View Room
Booking Method: Travel Agent (Dreams Unlimited)

- As of 6/22, our resort does not have an announced scheduled opening date
- As of 6/22, no changes have been made to our reservation, and nothing has been offered or recommended

- We were originally told by our TA on 6/20 that only DVC resorts would be opening this year, and we would be moved to a DVC resort on 6/22 at no cost to us (unless we specifically request a certain resort, in which case we would be responsible for the price difference)

- On 6/21, we (us and our TA) found out several resorts would be opening throughout the rest of the year, but no info about POFQ yet. It is also suspected that, should POFQ not open by 12/1, we will have to modify our reservation to another resort, or cancel completely; should we modify, we might be responsible for the difference in rate.

- Our TA is unsure of our options as of now and has recommended we wait to make or accept any changes until closer to our trip. Our reservation is currently up in the air.

moved to 1 bedroom lake view VGF price way lower. Only $803.65 with taxes included rack is 1119/1207 day and weekend for those dates. PRETAX

Dates: 9/3-9/13 at All Stars Sports
Modified to 10/2-10/11 at Pop - we were able to keep 35% recovery discount, but not the price protection because I chose to change dates. So price was about $400 more. CM I spoke to did say that we would have been moved to Pop with no change in price if we had kept our September dates.

I was unable to get our tickets modified to remove park hopper. Guest services is supposed to be working on it, but they said that our package was bundled with the park hoppers, so I couldn’t go back to base tickets and keep 35% discount. Hopefully they will fix it as I hate to pay for hoppers when there’s no hopping.
