3. Maleficent's Evil Fortress-- Chill Room ~ free

with all of my rooms I take the furnishings with me everytime I leave. Don't know why

All I remember is they all start with Sage.

Is it 500 or 5,000 credits per room? I can't remember. If it's 500, then it's "only" 6,500, which I personally still couldn't afford.
