If you go back and look on page 4 or 5 Reid explains to me how to load a photo.

What a cool thread and very nice photos!!!

Sadly I haven't found a really really good one. The one half is blurry and the other has always a big black somewhat in the foreground (maybe a monster or a loud speaker that secretly sneaked up to, who knows ) Can't imagine that the reason for that are my photography skills.

Though my room is a mess now, I keep on searching.

As I told you, I haven`'t found one really good pic and i don't have digital ones. So I had to scan them and the quality got even more worse.


But I really do like the motif on them! And there were some conversations on the board about Christmas bookings and about Christmas decorations. So I thought some would be interested to see these pics.

That is a photo that was taken on Christmas season 2003/2004. It shows a part of the Christmas tree on Central Plaza and a little part of the castle. And certainly a little part of the loud speaker system (see my post above).
I like the perspective!

I'm a little bit ashamed of these following pics. Cause they are really blurry. But I thought they might be useful to get an impression how the Christmas Mainstreet decoration was like in 2000. That's on the right side of the pic (i've scanned two pics together). I think it's totally different this year isn't it? The big Christmas tree is placed on the Central Plaza for a long time. But I think in 2000 it has been on the Town Square. Can someone affirm that?

The left side shows a wonderful christmas tree in the vestibule of the Sequoia Lodge (also 2000). But sadly the picture is too blurry to show its full beauty. As far as I remember the decoration colours of the SL were mainly red and green at our second stay in 2002, too. The SL at Christmas time is absolutely gorgeous.

Gosh , its really hard to choose a favorite but my best shots are the ones I took on our first visit when DD was 3.

For me it not about the full shot but the reaction on her face when she saw or met one of the characters.

Having her participate in the parade was joyus. She looks like shes won the lottery.
