Great photos, disneyLOVE!! It good to hear we have another adult first-timer who loves Disneyland. My son-in-law only went to Disneyland to please my daughter...now he's hooked too!!

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's the owl from Sleeping Beauty. He's got the same facial structure and eyebrow. Plus all the woodland creature sculptures on the castle are from Sleeping Beauty. But he does look like Archimedes.

This is my fiancee. He was SOO excited to get a picture w/ a pirate. He was
screaming my name because I wasn't there to take the picture haha You
can tell how excited he is from his face !

This is the first time I've ever checked out this thread. Why I didn't do it sooner, I don't know because I am loving all the great pics!!!

I have some I thought I'd share. They are old, from about 6 years ago, but I still like them. This was before the days of the PFF. Back when the Princesses roamed the park and imo it was much quicker and easier to get a pic with them.

Nope. Sorry we're all originally from California. Although disneyL0VE and I
went on a trip to Hawaii, so we probably learned it well from there

I stand corrected. LOL, but there SHOULD be a statue of Archimedes somewhere in the park (at least in my ideal vision of Disneyland!)

Oh! I wish Sleeping Beauty would wear her blue dress more often! She's always in that silly pink one whenever we see her. I guess they make her wear pink so as not to confuse her with Cinderella??

Which is ironic because in the respective films, Cinderella's dress is more silvery. And she wears the pink one the mice made longer than Aurora's dress is pink. So, I fully support a campaign to bring back Aurora's right dress. Last time I watched the film, her dress is blue for roughly 99% of the film.
