AoA 11.29-12.11. Had to switch from a Nemo to a Cars suite but FD for 12 days! We had to add two days to get it (from Dec 1), but I'm not complaining!! Two days to relax at the begging of the trip. Upgraded to regular dining, so I still saved $350 after the ticket increase, the upgrade cost and adding the extra two days.

October 3rd - 17th Port Orleans Riverside

Originally was booked October 3-10 at Pop Century and then October 10 - 17 at French Quarter.

Called from my house phone at 8:30 am EST and stupidly said "change reservation" which put me into a longer queue then there is for Toy Story Midway Mania mid July lol. Called on my cell phone, after 1 hour on hold with that call still on hold, said new reservation and was on with an agent within 4 minutes. The brilliant agent had my two reservations merged into 1 so I could get free dining for the entire 14 days (as it would not have been available on the second check-in date) but there was only category availability at Carribean Beach or Riverside for my length of stay and dates so I went with Riverside as I prefer it to Carribean. Saved $370 off the old combined two week total and now have 2-day base tickets for everyone in my room which we can use the value of to apply towards our next annual pass. Entire process took 15 minutes tops once I was on the phone with an agent.

Yea we got the free dining. Staying at pop from Oct 27- Nov 3rd. We were paying for the dining plan so with free dining we saved 1350.00 for the 2 rooms and the 6 people going.

got FD for POP this morning AND SAVED 1.00! lol I jave never used FD since the room discounts were a better deal.I thought by staying at a value ( not POR or AKL) the FD would work out but looks like I will keeping my eye open for a room discount for Dec.I wish people would post what the package is and what they saved ( broke down) so I can see HOW people saved so much.I guess my theory all these yrs to why we stuck to what we were doing was true ( for us), glad people saved so much but I am going to change my resv

Just got off the phone with my TA and we are all set.

Got free dining Nov 9 - 20 at POFQ. Had to upgrade to a king bed room but that is ok with us. Also had to do room only for the 6 - 9 but that means we can go do some things off property as we had two non-park days built into the vacation anyway. Now they will be at the beginning instead of in the middle.

Overall a savings of $904.14 so I am very happy with that.
