I got a 1000 pc Pixar puzzle, a set of 4 Thomas Kinkade 500 pc puzzles (actually got two of these- don't know what to do with the other one yet), and a Cinderella castle mouse pad. Oh, I also got Pocahontas I & II and Rescuers/Rescuers Down Under on DVD- finally getting some of our VHS replaced!
I gave the kids an Alice in Wonderland ornament (DD16 was in the musical at school), a Captain America ornament, Pictopia, Beauty and the Beast purse...maybe a couple other things. I'm really excited to give one more Disney gift at my mom's Christmas in 2 weeks. It's custom hairbows from Etsy for DD13- Anna, Ariel, Iron Man, and Loki. (Yes my little girl has two sides- princess lover and Marvel fangirl.) They are so cute!
I also gave the family tickets to Lion King show. It is on Mother's Day so now that holiday is covered as well.
I was really not sure about buying Pictopia but the price dropped on Amazon so I did. Unfortunately it's really too easy for my teen fanatics and I. We played it right once, then decided to do our own thing. We took turns taking a card and asking the others all of the questions on the card. Then the reader had to do an impression of one of the characters on the card. It was pretty fun, though we knew the answers to 95% or more. The questions of opinion are a nice touch. Anyway, we went through about 1/3 of the cards, so if we go through the rest, we may not have any replayability. Oh well.
