Mine aren't nearly as extensive as everyone else's, but I'm happy as a clam. We had no plans of going then. With the free dining though, we got room and dining for 3 nights for less than I have paid for room only for one night - even with an AP discount! It's gonna be a great weekend! :cloud9:

9/2 Le Cellier for Dinner
9/3 Hoop Dee Doo

We're doing a long weekend to try out our first MNSSHP, so right now we just have 2 ADRs

9/30 California Grill (8PM - Wishes scheduled for 10 that night)
10/02 Crystal Palace (5:45PM before MNSSHP - park closes at 6 and reopens at 7 for the party so this works out perfect!)

YOOHOO! I can't wait......

Here's our ADR'S-

9/15- CS- either DTD or POR
9/16- Hoop de doo
(special request from the Hubby and son)
9/17- Kona Cafe
9/18- Prime time cAFE (DINNER)
9/19- Boma- dinner
9/20- Coral Reef- dinner
9/21- Le Cellier- dinner
9/22- CRT -lunch
(girls only- boys will do CS) It kills me that it is now 2 TS. :furious: It was a special request from my daughter. I tried to think of a good excuse to tell her of why we can't eat there (other than the 2 TS and the cost). I keep reminding myself- it's all about the 'magic'. :confused3
9/23- 1900 Park Fare (last meal :guilty: )

The countdown begins.........

I have to lose 10 lbs before September!

Wow. There are now 4 of us at Ohana for dinner on Saturday the 30th.
That night was filling up fast there for some reason.

I switched my October 5th ressie from Biergarten to Le Cellier.

I was so happy with our ADR's, but of course I am now second guessing some of them:

9/28 Whispering Canyon Cafe (lunch)
9/29 Sci Fi (lunch)
9/30 Coral Reef (lunch)
10/1 Chef Mickey's (dinner)
10/2 Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner before MNSSHP) -- have to wait to book
10/3 Whispering Canyon Cafe (breakfast -- OOP)

I know I have to switch WCC on the first day and Sci Fi on the 2nd day cause we changed plans. Think we will do WCC on 9/29

To those of you who have booked ADRs--what times do you recommend for dinner in the parks? We have booked the following so far:

9/23 Le Cellier (5:40)
9/24 Biergarten (5:20)
9/25 50s prime Time (5:40)
9/26 Boma (7:30)
9/27 Counter Service (not sure where yet)
9/28 Hoop de do Revue (7:15)
9/29 Coral Reef (5:40)

We originally booked some of the dinners for before 6 pm to avoid crowds and be done with dinner in enough time to still enjoy the parks, parades, etc. Now we are wondering if maybe they are too early. Any thoughts?

i found that we ate late our last rip in dec05 me twin 12 yr old DS we were not hungry until lte so got dinner at around 9pm we usually eat at 5- 530 and we found that we werre never hungry until later. I t all depends on when you get hungry but I liked the late res. because at character meals there was almost noone else around and got characters to ourselves and food was still hot and plentiful. also no little children around, no flames please but I am around little ones at home all the time and it was nice to eat meals without hearing a baby.

I think this probably depends on your family. We get up early every day & attend the early EMH at each park whenever available, if there isn't an EMH that day, we're usually up early eating breakfast at a resort. Therefore, we like to eat earlier - like many of the times you posted above.

I think it also depends on if you're planning 3 full meals a day. When we're at Disney we hardly ever have 3 full meals per day because we get so much to eat at every meal. We usually do a large breakfast & dinner & skip lunch, or an early lunch & later dinner. Hope this helps some! :)

I think it wise to make your dinner ADR's as late as possible, at least for my family of 4 people. I went last year in September with the free dining plan and scheduled my dinner ADR's for a early time like 4:30pm. We were still VERY full from our counter service credits that we used for our lunches. They sure do like to feed you at Disney. I was just amazed at the portions of food that they give and they keep coming back asking if you want more, like at Ohana's- one can never leave out of there not being full. This year I made our dinner ADR's for a later time like 6:30pm. Maybe our stomachs will be empty by then??????

August 19-24

August 19 - Kona Cafe
August 20 - 50's Primetime
August 21 - Alfredo's
August 22 - 1900 Park Fare (girls) GF Cafe (boys)
August 23 - Le Cellier

All dinner ressies

Here's mine

8/28: 1900 Park Fare Breakfast
8/29: Akershus Princess Breakfast
8/30: Chef Mickey's Breakfast/Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner

We really wanted to get our money's worth with the free dining. My kids behave better in the morning and will eat more at breakfast if I have the parks to hold over their heads. I haven't picked my counter service yet. We may just play it by ear depending on the kids moods.
