Quick question! I have to make a moving vehicle/contraption using only 2 paperclips, a straw, 3 index cards, and 8 inches of tape. No more and no less.... It must move (roll) and carry an eraser........ IT'S DUE TOMORROW! Any ideas?

I think it's the youngest drinking age in the world. Although it's only in a private residence (but that still means you can throw a party and have alcohol and not be in trouble with the law. At least, I would assume so...). You can order wine or beer with a meal from 16, and order alcohol anywhere from 18. But if you look under 25, then you'll probably be asked for proof of age.

bend the paper clips to form a rectangular frame. Tape an index card to the paper clips, making sure that it doesn't touch two sides opposite of each other. Cut the straw in thirds, and put a piece of straw around opposite parts of the paper clips so they work like long wheels. Take your last piece of straw and tape it straight up, then tape another index card to the straw like a sail. just lay the other card on the first card base, and blow into the sail to make it roll. That's the only way I can think of.
