If I went to a daycare they would only help with that much and I would have to pay the rest thats why I am using a family member or some one I know because daycare fees here are CRAZY !!!!!
Does your state do any kind of check on the daycare situation? Perhaps if she knew someone might come check she'd do more. I'd also get your kids involved in this. Set up a chart and tell them you expect them to be dressed, washed, teeth brushed, hair combed, toys put away, dishes put in sink etc when you get home. Make a game of it. If they each do some of this with or without help then they get a sticker. So many stickers gets them a prize of some kind. Even a young child can get a brush, hand it to someone and ask that their hair be brushed.
