Post pics of your bag you carry into park

Whoops. Wrong pictures. I'll be back when I find the ones of the Piazza.

Sayhello

When buying a bag keep in mind that FL is famous for it's "appear out of nowhere showers". I've had bags get pretty wet at Disney ... and there is also the water rides. I would hate to get an expensive bag wet. I actually take my Vera bags along but don't carry them to the parks.

Does anyone have personal pics of the eBags Piazza Day Bag (http://www.ebags.com/product/ebags/piazza-day-bag/94553)? It looks like it would be awesome and I'm kind of torn between the chili and lavender color but they look kind of ugly online! I'm very into how a bag looks (sometimes moreso than what it'll hold!) so I'd like to know if it's better looking in real life...or worth the not so hot exterior!

Thanks!! :cutie:
I have the Piazza Day Bag in the Lavender, and it's an awesome travel bag. The color is much prettier in person.

Here's a couple of pics of me with the bag. It's a little bit darker than it looks in the pictures.

It's really not bad looking. But yes, it's great enough that it would be worth it even if it was ugly! Carries a lot but isn't too big; lots of pockets & compartments, even an area for sunglasses (soft cloth).

Very nice bag. Look very good quality bag. I have one Red colour bag, i have no picture right now my bag, another i put my bag picture here. Your Bag is very nice mate.

I'm headed to WDW in about three days. I just bought the L.L. Bean Stowaway Daypack in Mandarin Orange from a company store in Skokie, IL. It cost me $38 with tax (oh those Illinois sales taxes).

In the L.L. Bean website's picture, the bag is filled completely, but in person it looks a lot flatter and more compact. I've never been more happy with a bag purchase!! Here are some of the great features:

  • completely waterproof, ripstop polyester (for those rainy Orlando days)
  • TWO side compartments for water bottles (or those lovely fan-spritzer things)
  • Super-lightweight, ventilated straps
  • It's a backpack, so all the weight of your items is distributed evenly (no shoulder pain)!
  • Large enough to fit guidebooks etc, with small enough pockets to safely fit phones and wallets.
  • And the best part: IT FOLDS UP INSIDE OF ITSELF. Squeezes down to about the size of a baseball. Impressive, I know.

Hope this helps! I'll let everyone know how it tests in the parks. :)

I have a family of 3: Me, DH and DS6. I chose this because it will hold enough - but not so much that i will have issues riding the rides.

I haven't posted enough to include a link - so go to Macys.com and paste this as the description: Kipling Handbag, Lancelot Crossbody Bag, Small

Ooh, that looks like a good one!

We carry a Camelbak Octane. Since my husband and I switch out carrying the bag, we wanted something unisex. Also, Camelbaks are designed to be lightweight...this bag weighs almost *nothing* by itself.

Also, it will hold 100oz of water which ensures that we drink A LOT while in the parks (we go in early Sept every year), and we're not hauling around water bottles/cups. It has little zippered pockets on the straps in the front for camera/phone/sunglasses, etc.

Love love love my Camelbak!

Ooh, that looks like a good one!

It's my park bag this year. The front organizer pocket means I don't need a sunglass case or a big wallet. I've used it a bunch of times on other day trips and it holds a lot. The nylon does dry pretty quickly when the rain starts.

Plus I got the Lime Green one on clearance about 18 months ago.

I use a WDW backpack. Bought at the resort for around $35. I love it!
DH carried it most of the time during the trip when this pic was taken. Normally it's just DS and me, and I carry it all day with no prob.
Here they are swimming with the sharks...

I like this bag very much. can you tell me where to buy it ,thank you!:goodvibes

I stumbled across one of the bags I'd been considering at TJ Maxx today, so I guess I made up my mind. :woohoo:

I ended up finding the Heys TravelMate in zebra print for $12.99. I LOVE this bag! It has lots of compartments and a place for a water bottle. The only downside is that my phone won't fit in the cell holder, but I can just use that to keep park tickets or pens for autograph books, so I don't have to search for them.

TJ Maxx also had a few colors of the Baggallini, but not the Messenger, which I was looking for. It was something smaller, too small for my needs, but they were $19.99, so not a bad price.

I have a medium size backpack from REI called the Nikole. It is on sale today! It is super lightweight and very organized. I love that it is shaped well for a woman, but holds a lot too. And it's not too girly that my husband won't wear it.

I just bought the Vera Bradley book bag. It's a backpack but slightly larger than their backpack. It has two deep pockets on the side to hold water bottles, a good sized pocket on the front for maps, sunglasses, cell phones, and it has a couple smaller pockets inside. I love it and can't wait to use it in the parks next week.

I haven't seen this problem. I can't find a back pack that has comfortable straps, they rub against my arms. any suggestions?
thanks

Camelback backpacks. Any type. Some are thinner than others, but there are always many compartments, and a (removable) bag for water.
Perfect for the beach, hiking, camping, and disney.

I bought a thirty one gifts organizing shoulder bag in brown. Someone I know is a consultant and she had one she used for demonstrations that happened to have my first initial embroidered on it. She sold it to me for $20 and I think it will be perfect for Disney. It's comfortable worn across the body.
