Hi Everyone,

I just got back from 10 marvelous days at the World.
We landed Friday afternoon and it was back to work on Monday. (Actually, it was supposed to be back to work on Sunday but I took another day off saying I wasn't feeling well. Which is true!)
Today is my second day back and I'm in the deepest funk.
I'm still jet lagged (7 hour difference) so not sleeping well. My stomach has been hurting, my eye has these weird ticks and I'm just altogether falling apart. :sad2:
I haven't even had the energy to start my dining review yet!

I know this is normal but I don't know what to do. My next trip probably won't be for another two years so I can't really start planning yet :sad1:

Help? :confused3

My prescription:
Watch plenty of Disney videos, so that you can miss WDW more.
Watch every Disney movie that you can find.
Pull out the pictures you took and remember every scene.
Do that dining review to get the feeling in the stomach of those meals.
Once all of these are completed you should be at a point where you are just finished with Disney and can not think of another trip.
If these do not resolve your problem, then I am afraid that you are fatally infected with Disneyitis and it will not go away until you return.

Thank you so much :cloud9:
It's been two years since my last trip and probably two until my next one. I hope I manage to forget about Disney for a while.
(With these boards there's no chance!)
I've just got to get started with that review... And I also wanted to have a photo book printed and need to go through all my photos (and decide if I'm shelling out the $$$ for some PhotoPass pictures!)
Well, the good news is the ticking in my eye has stopped for now :D

I'm sorry your having the Disney Blues. Personally I enjoy planning my trips. I hope you recover from your jet lag/time change soon.

Take the time to put together a scrapbook of your visit. I make one using the photos we took, Mickey Ice cream sticks, paper coasters from the restaurants, maps of the parks, etc. It will take time to put it together and then you can go throught the book when the blues hit again and remember all the great times you had. We do this with every trip. It is amazing the fun you can have and what is best is the maps. I have them fromtrips going back to 1986. Boy have the parks changed since then. Have fun.

The Disney Blues are real! My fiance and I have been to Disney the past four years (including our trip this upcoming June). I swear that it doesn't get any easier when returning back home. The best way we cope with these Disney Blues is by talking about Disney, watching new Disney movies or favorites, or beginning to think about other trips - Disney or non-Disney. My fiance and I are actually in the middle of talking with the Disney Wedding Planner for our Disney World wedding June 2017. :-)

Thank you so much! I think I'll start planning my next visit even though it's so far away :)

That's such a good idea, thank you!
