Post card offer

Ok this is the second time I"ve gotten a post card w/an url i'm supposed to type in w/my families name. Well last time I got it someone said it's supposed to say Welcome "last name" Family....on the site and it didn't. This time it doesn't either and when I click on disney world vacation it takes me to the UK Site. So what gives? I don't see a number I can call and I'm definetly typing the url as listed:vist.disneyparks.com/Family Name_4 numbers_4numbers*....do I need to type www.visit.....that's the only way I've not done it, I can't figure out why I can never get a personalized page. Maybe it's my computer and I should try another? Just wondered if this happens to anyone else? And how you resolved it. Thanks
