Post Card/Disney$ ?

I have the post card for the free princess. I have called and my store still has them, now I want to know if I can use my post card and buy 50 dollars worth of Disney Dollars? I need to buy them for our trip anyway and thought that I could get a princess too. Anyone know? TIA

It says on the postcard that disney dollars, gift cards, passes, etc. do not qualify. Sorry.
