I would suggest getting price quotes online and saving them to your profile (My Disney Vacation saved offers). Both my husband and I got pins by doing this and got the 20/30/40 code this week for 2010 up until Dec. 16. We had POP booked for December 19 and couldn't use it so we changed our vacation to July and got WL with a 40% discount.
