Possible upgrade charges

We are in a family ocean view room. IF we get to the port early enough, we may ask about upgrades. Would they offer upgrade to Concierge, as I see several of those still available on our cruise? At what type of discount if so?

Yes, if there are Concierge rooms available you can upgrade to them. The cost depends on the kind of room you have now, the type of room available and apparently the phase of the moon.

As PP mentions... cost to upgrade is based on stateroom category booked and new category, and some unknown formula DCL uses to price it on embarkation day. Each cruise is different.

and there's probably a 99.2% chance that there will NOT be any Concierge rooms available on embarkation day.

But if they are available, DCL will be more than willing to take your money and move you up.
