Just wondering if we purchase a resale contract - how many years will it be good for? Thanks!

And just to clarify something about those expiration dates, they are January 31st in both cases, I believe, not the end of the year. So SSR contracts (regardless of whether you purchase from Disney or via resale) expire on Jan 31, 2054. Contracts for all of the other resorts, regardless of whether you purchase them from Disney or via resale, expire on Jan 31, 2042.
