We are going to WDW in June and had planned to stay at Coronado Springs in 2 rooms. Unfortunately that may not be in our budget anymore. So we are needing a 3 bedroom offsite possibly. Kids are dissapointed but as Ive told them its not a bad problem to have!

I would love a 3 bedroom at Bonnett Creek but I have not been able to find anything on VBRO or on google. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also was considering a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills. Most reviews are good and the price is great but some reviews said it was an unsafe area? I know many of you have stayed there so I found it hard to believe but thought I would ask.

Any other 3 bedroom recommendations? We dont want a house rental for sure.Prefer resort-like accommodations. Thanks!:wave2:

Have you looked at Paradise Palms? There are 4 bedroom townhomes homes with great price for the size. Nice splash pool with covered lanai.

Community pool is very nice too.

I know you said a 3 bedroom, so not sure if you would want to consider it, but the Caribe Royale has terrific 2 bedroom suites, with king bed, bath with walk in shower plus 2 person jacuzzi tub in the master, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2nd full bath with tub/shower combo. Full washer/dryer, kitchen, etc and a pull out couch in the living room besides. Also, they have a good quiet pool and a large main pool with water slide, etc. and they are a resort, so full housekeeping daily, etc. Windsor Hills is a fairly safe area, but those are townhomes or houses, not like suites in a resort.

Windsor Hills is not in an unsafe area at all. Not sure what reviews you've seen, but that is absolutely not true. We've stayed in several WH condos over the years as well as townhouses and have never had a problem or felt uneasy.

Since you prefer resort-like accommodations, I'd recommend holding out for WBC. We've stayed at both WH and WBC and for a resort feel, WBC wins hands down. WH is very nice, but WBC has more of a resort feel IMO. I would expect to see a bunch of June rentals for WBC on eBay beginning in February.

I just looked on Wyndham's site and there is a lot of available 3 bedrooms in June. I would check with the big renters that are used on this site. I was sure surprised in how much more it costs in June than when we go in December!

Hmm not sure what Im doing wrong. I went to Wyndhams site and it showed no availability for 3 bedrooms. Ill have to try again. I would love to go in December but kids are in crucial grades and we drive down over 2 days so too many days would be missed. I will get there in December someday though! :)

Thanks I figured as much. I try to take reviews with a grain of salt and
all reviews were very favorable but when I googled reviews someone said
there were break-ins while people were away during the day and that the surrounding area was very bad. I know next to nothing about the Disney area so I thought I would ask. Glad to hear it was just sour grapes from a disgruntled renter.

I love Caribe royale! I stayed in a regular room back in 2010. Unfortunately the bed situation wont work for my family. Otherwise I would definately stay there. Thanks!

You don't want to rent bonnet creek directly from wyndham, you need to find one the many super-renters out there than will book a reservation for you. You can look for one on ebay or in the we loooooove bonnet creek thread for help.

We have rented at Windsor Palms many times, including just last month in a very nice 3-bedroom condo. We think it's the only way to go. We love it there. Very safe too - gated community with a guard 24/7.

Check out http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/ for available properties.

I've stayed at Orange Lake twice and absolutely loved it! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
