No you are correct, I got messed up. I do think though, that as you all state, eventually assuming the movie franchises grow under the Disney umbrella, you will see more Marvel in Disney itself. One can hope anyway.

On a related note, it's entirely possible for one company to have the rights to Spider-Man as he appears in the comics, another company to have the rights for "Movie" Spider-Man and a 3rd company to have the rights to the cartoon version.

It's mostly done with merchandising rights and none of the theme park rights (to my knowledge) are broken down this way. But it could be a future possibility.
