Possible NC Dismeet...

I attended two recent meets -Richmond and Hershey -and was CONSIDERING setting up an event in NC. I wanted to use the boards to see if there was any possible interest. Thinking about central NC - Greensboro area. Also considered a more scenic area - Blowing Rock or OBX - but it would be difficult for those who may wish to fly in. Any input would be appreciated. Don't want to consider if not enough interest. THANK YOU!

Road trip! I would do my best to be there if possible! I could most likely make it if it's between Jan-June next year!

I so enjoyed the Richmond meet. Still can't stop talking about it. Really wish I could attend more this year! I am hoping to make it to a couple next year. I'm likely going to be living in Georgia in my hometown for 6-8 months to save up money before the big move to FL happens. So that will make it easier for me to travel some. NC seems like it would be great for AL, GA, TN, SC, VA, FL folks all to not have too far of a trip. And Greensboro would be more centrally located. (And I have family there I could visit as well!) I hope there is more interest!

That's my hometown. I would be interested. I couldn't make the Richmond meet this year since it was too close to my return from WDW.

Since new people are joining the DIS Boards all the time, it wouldn't hurt to try and get some traction on this again. Another Raleigh, NC person here. Any other people residing in NC or surrounding states that would be interested?
