Possible Clue to Paradise Pier Refresh Date?

I was just looking into making myself a hotel reservation for Fall Dapper Days in November and though hmmm I wonder what the spring dates are. When I looked up the spring dates (mid April) I noticed that only Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian were available to book for the spring event while all 3 hotels were available for the fall event. Could this possibly mean that Disney is planning on Paradise Pier not being available for guests to stay by mid-April? I guess we will just have to wait and see.
