Possible changes to the characters meals in the future

Does anyone out there think that all the character meals may eventually have a photo package added on to them and become a 2 TS credit meal? I mean, with the changes to the LTT meal without the characters and the price remaining the same for 2009, I just wondered if this is a change that Disney might be considering. If so, we will never eat at another one. What say you?

We are AP's with DDE so we normally go to character breakfasts since they are cheaper...maybe they are getting rid of all character dinners?

I believe that Disney will continue to fine tune dining experiences so they are making the maximum profit that they can.

I do not see where they may be leaning towards changing them all to 2TS. They only 2TS character meal that I can think of is CRT. Even Norway is still 1TS. The other TS's that are not 1TS are signatures or shows.

I think LTT is seeing if they can maximize profit by not offering characters.

I hope not. DH and I go to the character breakfasts and we enjoy the interaction, but I don't know if we enjoy it enough for 2 credits or to pay that much more OOP. :confused3

ITA. We'll pay OOP w/ our DDE discount for most of the meals now, but I won't pay more and I can't think of one I'd use 2 credits for.

Yes, I know Disney World is geared for families. But there are a lot of adult only parties that, believe it or not, do not want character meals.

My husband and I have a difficult time with the non character buffets. There aren't a lot and therefore, we get tired of eating at them.

I'd like to see a better balance between character and non character meals (especially the buffets). We're only two people but we head offsite rather than have a buffet with characters.
