I just wanted to let you all know of a very positive experience i had with the return merchandising folks. I called tonight to let them know that the goofy watch i purchased, the face cracked. so, they said to return it for replacement with a copy of the receipt. no hassels, and good service. I am most pleased, as this watch runs "backwards" and it is a great reminder of the fantastic trip we just had down there.

Wow! I'm glad it worked out for you!

When we go next month I need to stop off in Morocco...my SIL was there with her family last month and her daughter bought a necklace with her name written in their language. She packed it super carefully and when she got home found it was broken. She was heartbroken about it. I told my SIL I would buy a new one, but I'm hoping when we go they might just replace it. She is giving me the broken one to take with me to show them. Now I'm going to have to worry about getting it home safely! I might throw one of my jewelery boxes that comes when you buy a necklace in my luggage!

Glad to know they might do it for free!
