Positioning aids/restraints and flying?

Hi..

I find myself in need of some advice for flying to WDW, though I suppose it is really flying in general.

I am unable to sit upright without the rather extensive seating system on my chair. Due to seizures, really poor muscle tone and control, and nerve issues, I even sleep with positioning aids and restraints to keep my body secure.

I realize that I cannot be in my chair while flying. Does anyone know of any positioning aids that are allowed by the airlines during flight? Generally the only thing that I have real control over is a good portion of my right arm.
I wear a cervical collar, and I have some other orthopedic braces that I can use, but it wouldn't be nearly as secure as the systems I use each day.

When I have needed to ride in a vehicle without being in my chair, I have used the cervical collar and a hard back brace from chest to pelvis, a restraint/harness system that prevented any trunk movement or sliding and kept me either sitting up or laying down, with my thighs, ankles, and left arm totally restrained. With many cushions and careful driving, that has worked before, but having never flown before, I do not know how that will compare to flyinh.

If anyone has any experience with any of this, your insight would be greatly appreciated.

... and I'm going to get DH to put me to bed so I can hopefully make more sense tomorrow than this rambling mess.

'night & thanks!
