Hi

I haven't a clue which room to request!

We're staying in a club level deluxe room, me, DH and our 3 boys (10, 14, 14). Last year we did HRH and had a fab room overlooking the pool and the rides (used to watch Hulk being tested every morning!).

Do any of the rooms overlook the parks? We're not fussed if we are on the same floor as the club lounge but would like a balcony.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Claire

The hotel is too far away to overlook the park. Just call them and request what is most important to you. If it is a balcony, ask for that. It is tough to get all of your preferences since there are very few balcony rooms. Pool view is very nice as is lagoon view. I prefer lagoon view since you can see if the boat is coming or going.

Thanks. Am I right in thinking the club lounge is on the 3rd floor? What floor are club level rooms?

Thanks.

We've been in a fifth floor room with club, so I'm not sure what the protocol is there. There is a club lounge and although I think they try to put you close to the lounge, I don't think it is guaranteed.

We have been all over the hotel and had club privileges.

Since the PBH does not have a specific club floor, any of the deluxe rooms, or any room at that, can have club privileges attached to them for an extra fee (if you don't reserve the Deluxe Club room.)

There are Deluxe rooms in all the wings, the west, the villa and the east wings.

DSmom has posted that although still hard to get one, the balconies that you have the best bet of getting are in the East Wing. The entire top floor of the East wing has fabulous large balconies.

The top floor of the West wing also has great balconies, but most of the balconies on the top floor are attached to the two Villa Suites up there, so are very difficult to get. You can only get the deluxe bedrooms if the Villas are not reserved.
