Portofino Room Controller Fax number?

Does anyone have the fax number for the Portofino Bay room controller? I need to request a convenient location for my trip with my kids AND my parents. Thanks!

I'd like to know this info as well for the HRH. Has anyone ever requested a particular room and had any success?

Just in case anyone else needs it, the fax number is (407) 503-1166 for the Portofino. I'll let you know if it makes any difference.

If you are requesting connecting rooms at the Portofino or Hard Rock, make sure you check in EARLY!!!!

If you don't, there is a big chance one of your rooms could be switched.
