Portofino Harbor Nights

I see there is a Harbor night scheduled for feb 8 - Romantico, has anyone been? Did you enjoy? What is the difference from regular admission and VIP? It says with VIP you get reserved seating, does that mean no sitting area for regular? Is it all you can eat/drink? Long line for food? From everything I've read it sounds lovely. Unsure if I want to spend for the VIP or not. It sounds like something a lot of locals may go to? Sorry, I know a lot of questions but thanks for any info! Also, please post if your planning to go, it will just be husband and myself, looks like a fun place to meet people.
