Portofino Bay Hotel

Can someone tell me what toiletries are provided by the hotel? Also, what brand do they use? Any help would be appreciated. I just want to pack only the things that we really need. Thanks

Last summer (and previous summers too) they used Bloom products. Included in our room were moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There may have been something else but I can't remember at this time. I always ask for extra shampoo and conditioner because we all use it rather than pack it. The products are very nice.

In spa/pool area, women's personal products, including cheap razors

If you are on club level, you can use all of the samples in the Spa--including make-up, teeth whitener....

Yes Bloom products, the scent of them is very nice to, Sage & Thyme, also cotton buds , and cotton pads.

They aren't using Bloom products at PBH right now. I was just there a few weeks ago. The products are made by LATHER. They are really nice. I found a link to them also via the Loews Hotels website. If you click on partner offers you can get to their "partner" websites for LATHER, Keurig, the bathrobe company(can't remember name), and a few other places if I remember correctly.

The LATHER products were facial bar soap, exfoliating bar bath soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Everything was great except that exfoliating bar soap--ouch on sunburned skin.

The scent is great--it smells like you are in a spa. The lotion is hydrating but not greasy which I love. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also very nice quality with the added bonus of it being easy to dispense from the bottle. I hate when those little bottles don't squeeze and you have to bang the product out.

I know this post is super old but can anyone please explain what was/is meant by this? Anymore recent updates on the amenities and brands?

As the OP, trying to figure out what I need to bring. I don't like cheap shampoo (spend way too much on my colour to use cheap shampoo)

When we were at PBH in June, everything was still Lather. I don't know if that meets your standard...

Not at all -- I also don't like yucky toiletries, and like to make sure I'm getting something I will want to use, or pack accordingly! I didn't use the spa, so I can't help with that... I also agree the Lather products were awesome! We just stayed at RPR over Thanksgiving, and they also had Lather, but in a different style than at PBH. I don't know if they've changed in the last 6 months, or each hotel has different products -- or it was different because we didn't stay Club at RPR.

I preferred the Bloom products, but the Lather where ok.
We stayed at RPR PBH and Don Cesar in July, and they all had the same things.
