Just got a nice deal on Portofino Bay via Priceline. Will Bell Services store luggage after checkout if we plan to head to the parks and won't be leaving until later that evening?

Just seconding the yes. We did this early last month. Dropped our bags off around noonish, then came back around 9pm after parks closed at 8 and picked them up. Easy peasy. And yes, tip the staff.

Yes, we were able to use club level perks on check in February when I took my family. We went in and had breakfast before we started our day. I don‘t think that has changed.

Yes you can. We were just there last week and placed our luggage with bell services and had breakfast in the lounge before we headed to the parks. After you walk through the doors into the lounge there will be a cast member standing by a podium that will ask you your room number. Just tell them you just checked in and don't have a room number yet.

However unlike Disney Club Level you can only use the lounge until 11 am of your check out day. At Disney you can use the lounge for your entire day after you check out. Have a great trip and don't forget to use the cappuccino machine in the lounge. It is kind of hidden all the way to the left of the lounge in the old bar area, next to the door. If you don't know it's there you would probably never find it as it's far away from all the other food and drinks.

We’re renting a car at MCO to do one night in Cape Canaveral before checking in at UO, and I would like to be able to drop the keys when we check in so we can be at rope drop our first morning, and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Nothing bugs me more than errands interfering with my park time TIA!!

Haven't at PBR, but have at other US resorts. In my experience the checkin/front desk is completely separate from the Avis one. What time are you checking in? May need to check on the hours for the rental desk and whether there is a place to drop keys if they are not open (and where to leave the car)

PBH Club is known to have the better options out of the three resorts that offer club service. We enjoyed the club service, food and beverages when we stayed there in August 2021. The hot items for breakfast options is a nice touch in addition to the Italian dishes for ‘dinner’.

I have returned a car to Avis at Portofino. It has been a few years ago. At that time you could just give the keys to the baggage attendants when you pull up in the portico and tell them this is a return for Avis. They would park the car and give the keys to Avis.

That being said, I would call the Avis desk in Portofino directly and talk to them make sure you can still do that. You should be able to get the number from calling the concierge or front desk.

I made sure to stop by the Avis desk later that day and get a return car check out paper from them. I‘am a stickler with paper work. I had the name of the attendant that I handed the keys to and the time I turned the vehicle over to them.

If I remember correctly the Avis desk clerks did not get in until 8 or 9 am.

The room sizes here are fantastico and very spacious.. Bellisimo!! Downside of our location is it is far from the club lounge. We liked how at RP rooms for club level are steps away from the club.

I have heard you can add club level on when you check in? is this a thing,,what is the cost? 1st time this march so seeing the food and drink available wondering if its worth it if it can be done.
