I was wanting to make them like you'd get in a restaurant as an appetizer with maybe balsamic vinegar & mozzarella cheese.. anybody tell me how to do this? should i bake it? or should i try putting it on aluminum foil and grilling it??
I've done this before and they're yummy! Try marinating them in some balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil for 15-30 minutes, then just broil them in the oven for a few minutes. Drizzle them with a little more oil and vinegar, top with some grated mozzerella, and enjoy!
Or you can grill them. You can make pizza out of them or put them in between a hamburger bun in lieu of the hamburger. Top it as you would a regular burger. They are so meaty and yummy!
