Hello. I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not you could charge the meal at portobello in DTD to your room if you are staying in a Disney Resort.

Yes. No problem.

(Outside of Swan/Dolphin, almost all sit-down places at WDW will take room charge, even if not Disney-owned/operated, and even if they aren't on DDP.)
