Portifino Boats and Map?

Hey,
Just wondering what time the boats from Portifino start running in the AM? Are they running early enough to get onsite guests to Citywalk for early entry to IOA? We are planning to get to the IOA gates at approx 7:00am, will we have to walk?
Also, anyone have a good map of PBR, showing the wings, and layout of the resort. Its been 2 years since we have been at PBH, and forget the layout of the hotel, and what wing to request. We have a garden view reserved, and we are hoping to get upgraded to water view with our You First membership, can remember if we are still gold, or down to blue, we will see. We would like to request Piazza/Harbor View, what do you think?

Boats start at 7. Yesterday there were 4 boat loads waiting. Normally there are 5 boats running but they are short captains and there currently 3 boats. The walk is not bad. The shuttles are not used. First shuttle arrives at pbh 715.

I guess I am forgeting about the shuttles. Remind me, does PBH have bus shuttles to the park as well? Cant remember, we have always walked or used the boats.

Yes they do. They will take you to the little loop outside of Universal Studios.

Pick up times are 10 min or 40 min after each hour at the pbh.
