Portifino at Redondo Beach??

This will be our first trip to the west coast. We are visiting my husbands cousin who lives in torrance. We are going to Disney parks two days and a day at catalini the rest of the time we will be exploring the local beaches with cuz.I researched the hotels in Redondo and the only beach front hotel is the portifino yacht club anyone have any comments on this hotel. Thanks in advance.

Hi Radish, and welcome to the DIS!

I stayed at the Portofino Inn MANY years ago as part of a conference. It's a nice hotel on a marina, not really on the ocean. The one thing that I remember is that the seagulls in the area practically TRASHED my car with droppings. Hopefully you will have a better experience.
