Porter and Terminal C

I'm looking for someone's experience flying into MCO with Porter (from Canada), into the new Terminal C.

How was Baggage Claim and Transportation? Is it all easily accessible within Terminal C? We plan on hiring private transportation - will they pickup from this Terminal or do we have to make our way to Terminal B? Is it the same coming back in to Departures as well?

I also saw the "International Arrivals and baggage claim" on the map... I am assuming Canada is excluded here as we usually clear customs in Canada (Toronto in this case)?

We flew in/out of there in March. It's a long walk from the gate to the baggage claim but easy enough. Baggage claim is right by the exit doors, we caught a Lyft easily. I imagine you can have a private transportation meet you there. I think we Uber'd back and they dropped us off at the departure doors, that was also easy. I didn't mind any of it to be honest, seemed easier than the main terminals in MCO, no monorails to deal with.

We were there in April,,,same as hdrolfe,,,I liked it better,,,more none reg seats, lots of places to charge phones,,,large open spaces,,,good mix of restuarants,,,now with private hire they might have a different pickup place than rideshares,,,reach out to them and ask them where they pick you up.

We flew through Terminal C via Porter in April 2024 as well and it was great. We used Away We Go for airport transportation and it was well signed, we had no issues with pick up and drop off. We did actually miss the airport monorail and food court but moreso out of nostalgia!

If you had time there is a mono rail from C over to the other terminal.

Terminal C is lovely for both arrivals and departures. It is spacious and clean and we found the signage to be quite clear. Just let your car service know that you wish to be picked up and dropped off there. If there are specific details you need to know, they should provide that information.
