Portable Seat Cushions For Rides?

I have some back/muscle issues and will in WDW in 2 weeks. The hard seats seem to trigger muscle spams while sitting...and it got me to thinking whether or not Disney offers/permits or if anyone knows of a portable seat cushion to sit on while on rides?

No one has written about using one that I can ever remember.

The couple of things I can think of that might make it difficult:
- since no one has written about it, I’m not sure if the CMs would allow it

- you would need to carry it around with you, so you would need something not too heavy and not too bulky that is easy to carry

- most of the ride cars are sort of slippery plastic, so it would be best to have something that has a slip proof bottom

- most of the ride cars have kind of shallow seats, so it may be difficult to use a seat on them.
Here’s an example of a seat like that at Haunted Mansion

I don't know for sure, but I think I would check at Guest Services. Maybe there is something that they can put on a GAC to allow you to use it on the milder rides. I can't see them allowing you to use it on say Big Thunder Mountain or any of the wilder rides, but with a back injury you probably wouldn't ride them anyways.

No...I won't be riding the faster rides. But I thought it may help with the sitting on the other "plastic" seats all day. Thanks for the replies

I will ask my father tonight when we see him at dinner. He has a bad back & carries a "back support" (pillow/cushion) with him almost everywhere.

My parents went to WDW with us last year for a week & I can't remember if dad had it with him while we toured the parks. We did have an ECV for him & he could've stored it in the basket on the ECV in-between rides...I just can't remember.

I'll get back to you tonight after dinner and let you know what he says.

I would really appreciate it :)

I asked my father at dinner tonight & as another poster above had said....my dad said he did use his back support on rides that he "was able to"...meaning some of the rides, due to the seat design, he did not use it.

His back support is just a small pillow that he carries around with him. He kept it in the basket of his ECV when we were at Epcot, & while at the other parks, he just walked with his cane & carried his pillow in a plastic bag.

Hope that helps! Have a great trip!
