I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have upgraded 1 cabin at the port a few times so I understand the procedure but for a future cruise I have 2 connecting cabins booked for my family. Can an adult from one of the cabins go to the desk and try to upgrade both rooms after receiving all the room keys if that person is responsible for the charges for both cabins? Or does an adult from each cabin have to go?
