Port to Pop Century using DCL transportation

I’ve tried searching and found no answer.
from departing cruise line to arriving to Pop Century what time do you think we will arrive by ?
im trying to decide on how many park days I want to buy.

You should not plan on being in the parks before 12:30. If you get off the ship first and everything goes perfectly, you could walk into the parks by 10:30, including the bus ride (or gondola if going to HS/Epcot), but it could take much more time if you bus ride includes multiple stops and your bus leaves only at 9AM.

You could arrive at your hotel as early as 8:30, and as late as 11:30.

The bus from PC to WDW resorts leaves at 9am. The ride is about an hour. There are likely to be multiple stops before you get to your resort, though, and you'll need time to drop off your bags. So, figure that you might be ready to go by 11am and plan from there?
