Port Orleans to DTD - Boat?

What time does the boat from Port Orleans to DTD begin running? We would like to have breakfast at Boatwrights at 9:30 A.M. and then head over to DTD.
Is the boat dock close to Boatwright's? Thank you for any help.

The boat dock at POR is very close to Boatrights. The trip from POR to Downtown Disney will take about 20-25 minutes, but I love it because its so leisurely and the boats never get over-crowded the way the buses can. After leaving POR, the boat will make a stop at POFQ to pick up/drop off passengers and then continue on to DTD.
