Cons
* Food court food was good and freshly prepared, but the wait time was too slow for fast food.

* The bus transportation to MK was full on some occasions, and I had to wait for another bus. Most of this is due to people getting on at POFQ. Maybe the two hotels should have separate transporatation.

Pros
I just got back from staying at Acadian House
* Grounds were clean and well maintained
* Staff was polite
* Plenty to do there. Rent bikes, pontoon boats, buggy rides, hair wraps, arcade, boat ride to downtown disney, nightly show at the River Roost lounge, Decent jogging trail with shade, shop in their general store.
* Room was clean too.
* I drove and the signs to the parks were easy. A Hess gas station was just down the street.

We will be there next Month, I was a little freaked out to hear about the bug... but I'm sure that it happens occasionally.

Do you really think Raid would work? I guess maybe we'll just "wing" it and hope for the best. (no pun intended).

Our family loves POR..so much we've stayed there about five times. I actually think it is the best moderate at wdw.

We are going to POR in late May/early June. I'm from the South (NC) and would probably freak out at a roach in a hotel room, but you all make very good points about it being Florida & the humidity. Thanks for putting it in perspective!!
